Position: Customer Service Manager

Location: Beaver Dam Ford

Job Requirements:

Customer Service Manager WILL lead the TEAM to achieve the department daily/monthly goals

Customer Service Manager WILL be coachable, adaptable and have a desire to succeed

Customer Service Manager WILL delegate internet leads and track outstanding recalls

Customer Service Manager WILL work closely with the dealership management team

Customer Service Manager WILLbe outgoing, organized and self motivated

Customer Service Manager WILL BE able to TYPE 40 words per minute

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
